Jewelry pieces on this website are made-to-order, custom or one-offs, and sent from our Asia headquarters in Taipei, Taiwan. Shipping time depends upon your chosen product. Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days, while production time on ordered items can vary between 1 to 3 weeks. You order will generally be delivered in 14 to 21 days, however, please allow up to 4 weeks to receive your order. Certain jewelry pieces have a production turnaround time of 3 - 4 weeks. Such items will have production information stated on the product description page.

Our Return/Exchange Policy:

All jewelry made available on this website is made-to-order, custom, or one-of-a-kind. We do not accept returns.

Exchanges are limited to Guillaume-brand wallets and keyrings only. We do not offer exchanges on any special offer items.

NOTE: Please allow up to 30 days for exchanges. Should you decide to exchange any items, please send us your request by email to platinumgear@ymail.com and we will provide you with an EMA number and a form to fill out.

All Exchanges must be received within one month of delivery date and must meet the following criteria:

1. All merchandise must be undamaged, without scratches, cracks, or any signs of wear. They must not be altered in any way or resized.

2. We will charge $15 for shipping and handling of your EXCHANGE (funded via your PayPal account)

3. Please include a copy of the completed form for us to process the request.

4. Mail the completed form along with the items for exchange to the our address.

If we receive non-qualifying exchanges, we may charge you up to $25 to send the items back to you. Be sure to understand the above criteria prior to sending your package to us; there are no exceptions.
